Every year my family gathers together and puts together little handmade treats to pass out to our good neighbors and friends. It’s always a fun day busily baking while chatting with my sisters and mom. While we usually make homemade chocolates and candies, sometimes we also put in the occasional baked breads, candy popcorn, and cookies.
But, after all of that baking and test tasting, we are usually too worn out at the end of the day to want to think about cute packaging. So, I decided to think about it a head of time this year and come up with some fabulous printable labels that are easier to dress up a paper bag than it should be.
Avery was nice enough to send me over a package of their printable labels and tags to try out for my holiday packaging this year. And, I’ve got to say, I really like them! I was skeptical, at first, because I’ve tried labels and printable business cards before, and have never been that impressed. But these were a lot of fun, and I think the color turned out great – especially on the glossy labels (which included the ovals and circles).
And, lucky for you, I’ve decided to share my holiday label designs with you as a free printable. The Avery labels I designed for were – Avery 2 1/2″ glossy ovals, Avery 2″ squares, Avery 2″ glossy circles, & Avery 3 1/2″ tags.

All you have to do, after baking and creating all your holiday treats, is print out these labels, grab some boxes and washi tape, ribbon, twine, etc. Put it all together, and what have you got? A delightful little table full of treats to share!
