You’re just So-Davine Valentine!

You are just Soda-vine Valentine! Sometimes I just have to laugh at myself, and my girls just about died when I showed them. They are die-hard izze fans. Sometimes you just need to put the chocolate and roses away and let something else do the talking. I’m not a big chocolate fan, so I would be delighted to find a dozen soda bottles on my bedroom pillow instead.

The instructions are pretty simple – print, cut, and tape onto the soda bottle. I find that double stick tape works very very well for room temperature bottles. I usually put the wrap on while the bottles are room temperature, and then put them in the fridge to chill.

Doughnut I’d do without a Friend like You free printable

There might not be anything better than getting doughnuts for Valentines. It is one of the only days a year that you shouldn’t feel bad indulging in something so delicious as a doughnut. So why not treat your closest friends with a delectable bite?
I’ve matched doughnuts up with Valentines before. And it continues to be a fan favorite. So, this year I changed it up just a bit. Instead of having a label, I made tags. And, I also spelled doughnut differently for all those who preferred the longer version of the word.

You Warm My Heart Valentines free printable

I’m back… with Valentines DIYs, that is! I know I promised, just over a week ago, that I was just getting started on the Valentines love. Well, I took a small break to share some awesome Superbowl football party ideas, but now I’m back ready for red, pink, & hearts!

And, isn’t today a fun one! I bought these hot cups with lids back before Halloween with the lofty idea that I would lovingly put together a grand ol’ pumpkin patch adventure complete with hot chocolate waiting in the car afterwards. It was an epic failure; at least the hot chocolate waiting in the car afterwards was. As my life goes, things usually happen last minute and not very well planned. While we had a grand time picking pumpkins and going on a hay ride, the lofty idea of a picture perfect adventure with hot chocolate had to fall to the way side.

So, I was just dying to do something fun with these cups for Valentines day! And, at least where I live, Valentines day is usually still freezing and very well could be covered in snow if we’re lucky (or unlucky). So a cute little cup filled with a hot chocolate treat is a perfect way to warm up your loved one’s heart this Valentines day!

What you will need for the “You Warm My Heart Valentine” DIY project:
Hot cups with lids
Hot chocolate
Candy
Washi tape
1: Print and cut out the You Warm My Heart printable. 2: Wrap the printable around the cup with a heart doily tucked underneath. Tape the printable into place in the back with the washi tape. 3: Fill the glassine bag with your favorite hot chocolate mix and tie off with a twist tie. 4: Stuff the cup with the hot chocolate mix and candy. 5: Put the lid on the cup and you are all set to go!

Isn’t this little candy jar adorable? A great tip for a cheap, easy, yet adorable Valentines is to always be on the look out for fabulous little jars at the dollar store. I picked up these fun candy jars, filled it up with candy, and stuck on the I heart U sticker for a little Valentine fun.
