WE SHIP FAST!
How fast will my product be shipped?
We like to get our party going, and know that you do too! We ship fast just for you. If you order before 5pm PST Mon-Fri, we will ship out your order the very next day.
How fast is shipping?
On orders that weigh just shy of 1 pound, we ship USPS 2-5 day shipping. Anything heavier gets free Priority 2-3 day shipping. Now, that's fast!
Do you ship international?
We are not currently set up to ship international. But we will do it on an individual basis. Please just email me - sara@confettisunshine.com - and we will work it out.
Where do the items ship from?
Our warehouse is in Seattle WA. We collect sales tax on all orders addressed in Washington State.
Can I return my order?
We do not accept refunds except for certain circumstances. It never hurts to ask, so send me and email - sara@confettisunshine.com - and we will figure it out.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
Oops! We apologize for the mistake, but occasionally they do happen. Please contact us asap so that we can ship out the correct item to you.
Confetti Sunshine cannot be responsible for packages that were lost or stolen in transit. We cannot be responsible for any refunds.
